Default Finally first action in a few weeks.

Ok finally proof Sterret, Called in one missed at 50 yards,, it took a step forward right as I shot and then it was a running hard. And called another two stands later, Kill at 90 yards about 15 yards from the Foxpro with a FoxJack . Then it started to rain and had to stop or Sterret would not be so far ahead. If I quit missing that is!!!

Oh yes its pretty sweet,, Its a Manfrotto tripod and a CLAW gun clamp,,,Its great , you don't have to hold the gun and its ready for the shot when if they come, I can shoot standing up or all the way to prone. It isn't as movable as just a bipod but its way more accurate, and not as much fatigue panning the gun .By standing up I can get hid in some cover in a fence or farther back in cover and hunt some taller grass fields at night and feel like I'm not standing out.

What model Manfrotto and do they make the clamp holding your gun? Cool setup.

If you want the best and don't mind the price, IMHO nothing beats the Tri-X stand.

I bought everything from TRICLAWPS.COM,,Its called the Quickie system,,, the legs are all kind of sealed so not to get mud in the legs. Its more than what you usually need but it is working for me.. At least when they come in.
