Default Honey hole

First time that the weather was bearable, Still-24 but very little wind .Went to a spot I have very good luck at. Set up started calling seen one coming at over half mile every time he stopped I give him a little teaser. The 204 Barked,Mr. Berger was sent, job done . calling seen nothing, so I went to get the truck and as i drive in to do the pickup there are TWO coyotes running for the bush go figure.

The second and third coyote were probably so stiff from the cold it took them a while to get there. Good photo!

Default Set Two

Setup for set # two by and old yard looking down hill ,good view, start calling seen some magpie coming from northeast, ok Mr. Coyote should be coming from that area?? It was 15 min. mark Here comes a dog over the hill, he stops ,Tease him with a soft call I was ready to shoot but Here he comes so what the hell less to walk?? He stops 204 barks and Mr. Berger is down range quick, Done seen the second one but I played with that one for Half hour she would not commit. Too bad he had mange ,red belly, and lost of fur

I agree 100% Msterrett, have the same problems here with guys giving the dogs masters degree's! we rountinely make our stands an hour, and if we hear them at all, we have sat as long as 3-4 hours and waited them out. Seems like if we wait long enough and your using the right sounds their curiosity and stomach gets the best of them, especially if its been a real cold spell
