Default A good start yesterday morning

We managed to call in a few Sunday morning. This was my daughter's first crow hunt and she enjoyed it.

Hello Nutria,

It looks like you're daughter had a good time, she is also very pleasing on the eyes!

I couldn't get her to wear a face net! Something about a fashion statement!

Weasel - I wish I could say she looks like me but I'd be telling a whopper! We shot a few more but I didn't get anymore pictures.

We used an FX-3 with Dying Crow, Crow Come Here and Crow and Hawk Fight. I also had some JS CD stuff that I have converted to MP3 and loaded into the FX-3. We used a few decoys but I wanted to try a decoy attached to my JIB but I didn't bring it on this trip. Maybe I'll get to try it next time.

TimberKing - We do have a season here unless the crows are ruining ornamental trees or depredating crops or cattle feed or a health hazard. We hunt on private property and the crows here have been proven to carry West Nile virus and also eat the cattle feed. So basically, we can hunt them year round.

Bob, I've been threatening to download your sounds the next time I get a sound pack. Now that I have a new hunting partner, I might need all the crow sounds I can get! Hmmm! I wonder if Maybelline sells camo eyelash stuff and make-up...
