Default Coyote Dementia

We've had our share of foul-ups over the last couple of months. Seems like Murhpy's Law has been kicking in on about every stand. This one was no exception other than my partner recovered and made a good shot. Pair coming in, but I forgot to turn my phone down and get a text message beep which stops the lead coyote.

My partner thought he had loaded his rifle, but evidently didn't have the magazine in tight, so he had an empty chamber. When his rifle clicks the back coyote breaks for the woods. He charges his AR and the lead coyote actually stops to give him another opportunity at 50 yds. He makes a good high lung shot and seals the deal. Video recorded through his Thermion XP50.

Sometimes it works even with Murphy at full throttle.
