Is anybody having any luck this time of year? I have been out to producing spots the last three mornings and haven't seen a single one. If you are having Luck would you mind sharing what call sequences you are using. Any help is appreciated.

In the last 2 weekends ive called in 4 yotes. One set was with eastern cotton tail those yotes hadn't been messed with this year from what I know. Next morning howled one in with female sore howl responded with male howls and then did female submission over a 30 set. Yesterday morning I started with female sore howls and after a 10 min wait I fired up the devils hare for 5-7 mins I shut it off and kept watching when one popped up unexpectedly 5 yrds to my right.

Thank you for all of your help. I went ahead and bought the sounds. Going to give them a shot this weekend. Just for information I did try the eastern cottontail that somebody had mentioned and didn't have any luck. I know there are coyotes where I am hunting at. Perhaps they have been given too much pressure already.

Coyote locator for a couple series....then screamin grey fox....all came to the call with the screaming grey fox......these California yoties hate the greys.

Yes.....nothing special. Just have a bright flashlight with red filter. Doesn't work too good. I ordered a wicked light today. Couldn't identify a coyote at 100 yards with it. I had to take the filter off to shoot.
