We can hunt coyotes year around, but I usually stop in Feb. I don't start again until August or Sept.

We can hunt them year round and just as soon as Turkey season's over with I'll start back. I do want to get one under my belt before I hang it up until the fall. By that time I should have some good permissions-----hopefully.

We can hunt year round but I stop the end of March and start again in October. I have a soft heart, I'd feel bad if I shot a female and she was nursing leaving the pups to starve.

All depends where your at. I stoped March 6 when I could of killed a pregnant female. Here in Indiana the season is October 15 to March 15. Coyotes are not a big problem here we just hunt them for sport. [ Leave some seed ]

In Arkansas season (yes, we have a coyote season) allways started Sept. 1st and went till Feb 28th. This past season started July 1st, but the Reg. booklets don't come out untill late Oct., so I didn't know season opened 2 months early. I was without internet access then, but I will watch this year. In Arkansas, it has to have a season before you can hunt it. Even SKUNKS. The only thing without a set season that can be hunted is feral hogs.

In our zone in Ontario Canada we can hunt them year round. If I see one, I'll shoot but normally not at our farm hunting until later summer and throughout the winter. Spring and Early summer we are usually busy doing work on our farm but I wont think twice about taking one....way too many around!
