Default Shockwave

My Shockwave will not play my remote , it seems that the jack plug in on the shockwave is loose. I can hook up to my inferno and all is well. I guess what I am asking do I need to send it back in or is there something I can do. It is out of warranty. I was wrong it is still under warranty guess I need to make a call soon'

I'd call the techs at FoxPro. If it needs to be sent in, they will tell you.
