About 10 yrs ago I decided I wanted a accurate mini 14. I honestly spent a lot of money on it. New barrel, trigger work and more reloading then I care to remember but it got to be a honest .75 consistent grouping rifle. I shot it a few years till my oldest daughter started varmint and predator hunting with it and she shoots it a lot better then I can (not that I will admit it ever).

So basically you can make it a pretty good 200yd coyote gun but it will cost you a few bucks...

Let us know what you end up with and the results.

I killed many many coyotes with my stainless steel mini 14 ranch rifle over the years. But I have also missed alot, 90% of them on the run but I have waisted alot of ammo over the years. I bought my savage 4 years ago I havent shot it since
