Can't be bought, yet. A couple of companies have started talking about making them in turkey sizes, but no coyote sizes yet I know of. Prices will be insanely high on the factory stuff though I'm afraid.

So for now, can't be bought, have to be made.

Dave, looks to me like the TSS #2 are by far the best. That is a really great pattern, and the hard shot makes it more effective. Easy choice.

Looks to me that TSS #2 is the best choice for your gun, if your going to be shooting up to 70yd. at coyotes. For me when I hunt open fields its rifle, when I'm in the woods or swamps, shots are rarely over 45 yds. Dead coyote is more then enough, especially when a fox shows up Lol.

70 yards with a shotgun isn't a good idea, in my opinion.

Any of the tungsten shot shells are adequate for coyotes to 70 yards. I use "F" shot and a extra full choke and kill then a bit farther in fact.
Till you do it you will not believe it.

TSS 18g/cc shot is right at 45% denser than lead shot. 12g/cc Hevi-Shot is only 10% denser than lead shot. 15g/cc Federal Heavyweight shot is 35% denser than lead shot.

Federal Heavyweight #2 and BB shot and TSS #2, #3 and #4 shot will all give you very good penetration much farther than lead shot will.

TSS shot is almost pure tungsten. The military uses a tungsten core in some of the rounds that are designed to penetrate tank armor.

Below are some shot types and sizes with the penetration yardage and pellet counts from my KPY Shotshell Ballistic program. They recommend 2.50" of gel penetration reliably kill large geese. I use 3.70" of gel penetration to reliably kill or break down coyotes.

All of these shot types below are at 1300 fps with 1-1/2 oz of shot.

#2 lead shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 19.6 yards with 133 pellets
#2 Hevi-Shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 31.3 yards with 121 pellets
#2 FHW shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 70.5 yards with 97 pellets
#2 TSS shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 115 yards with 81 pellets

BB lead shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 46.1yards with 77 pellets
BB Hevi-Shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 62.4 yards with 70 pellets
BB FHW shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 115.5 yards with 62 pellets

TSS #3 shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 96.8 yards with 100 pellets
TSS #4 shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration 78.9 yards with 124 pellets
TSS #2 shot gets 3.70" of gel penetration at 115 yards with 81 pellets

Look at the difference in penetration yardage between #2 lead and #2 TSS shot.

Also look at the pellet counts and compare them to 41 pellets in lead #4 buck and 50 pellets in Hevi-Shot Dead Coyote T shot.

You can reload TSS shot for right at the same price as Hevi-Shot Goose loads or Hevi-Shot Dead Coyote loads are selling for now.

That is a incredible difference from lead shot. I have two concerns with that shot. Is it picky on the chock tubes shot through to get groups like that. Also have you heard if its harsh on barrels and choke tubes?
