Shockwave Left Speaker Dead??

Had some crackling in speakers, left speaker was making no sounds at all. Sent unit in and serviced. Paperwork notes all speakers were replaced and passed testing. Just got caller back and left speaker is still dead. Remote has both speakers on, tried Stereo and MONO and zip. Any suggestions? Foxpro battery pack is good, I'm afraid I'll have to send it back again.

Before you send it in, call tech support. Perhaps it's a simple fix that can be performed at home.

Thanks, I did just that. Tech support advised the wires was likely replaced incorrectly and provided a shipping label. It's on its way back to PA for repair.

Well SHUCKS! I hate to hear that. Foxpro gets it right the first time. Somebody slipped up.
