Default Video

As almost all of my shooting is done alone, I like to keep what I carry, down to the essentials, so most of the pictures of my successful hunts are taken on mobile phone camera. One exeption to this was when I took a camcorder with me to one of my favourite shooting locations which overlooks a field between two small strips of woodland. With my back against a tree and with camo gear on, the Foxes are usually totally unaware of my presence.
I hope you enjoy the video.

Hunter I just logged on to have a quick look before I dash off back to work. I clicked on the video and hoped it wasn't going to be to long It did'nt dissapoint. I started watching it thinking you done a good job filming it without him knowing you were there but then started to think I'd have been pretty fed up if I didn't have a gun and take the shot and then came the BANG! Good one!

I mostly shoot alone too and the lithium battery has made life a lot easier walking up and down these hills! Plus I can carry that comfortably on a belt so my back is free for the foxpro caller tied with two pieces of cord around each shoulder and a shoulder bag over the head on the left shoulder for my nv mono. I can shoot comfortably fully loaded now it was a lot more awkward to shoot and grab things when carrying everything in a rucksack.

Yeh, the video is short and sweet! glad you enjoyed it. That particular Fox had been causing a few problems in the area too, so it was good to get rid of him.

Clean kill FILMED - PERFECT WELL DONE. .
Aways a battle to both film and shooting and pulling it off but you caught the main bit. Your always running the risk of being busted whilst trying to have it all come together.
I've missed some great footage when they've steped out of the picture frame or worked me out but the greater challenge of getting the kill on film becomes so addictive that the thrill of capturing great footage eclipes hunting without the camera.

Lugging all the gear is a hastle your right.
