Been out of the game for a few years. Just dug out my old Fox Pro Fury, charged up some batteries and went into the programming site last night to put a few sequences together. I think I want to purchase some new sounds (last purchase was in 2010), so I'm asking for your help in steering me in the right direction.
I am in the U.P. of Michigan - primarily big woods with some Ag. We have plenty of coyotes and a few Bobcat. Thank you for your suggestions. Last edited by Wild Thing; 01-29-2020 at 10:24 AM. |

Not sure what you already have loaded, but here are a few to consider:
Female Sore Howls, Any of the Deep Howls, Baybee Cottontail, Mrs Cottontail, Platinum Gray Fox, Nutty Nuthatch, Female Whimpers.

Wild Thing....keep in mind that many of the viewers here are logged as "guests" (check out Quick Links/Whos Online), and are here researching whatever predator advice/info they are interested in. Many folks "lurk" forums prior to joining and posting. I would nicely suggest using the search bar and doing some reading...your question is asked a lot (like best lights, best caller, best round, best gun....etc....). I have had great success using search.....theres a ton of info on here.... By the way....welcome back from the other forum..... ![]() Ciao! ![]() |

A hunters favorite sounds can change often. What is a favorite in the fall will most likely be a different sound in the spring.
Right now coyote vocals are popular. During the summer distress sounds are used more often. Follow the link I posted above and you'll see what people are using at different times of the year. OH!!!! There are plenty of You-Tube videos where you can hear the various sound that people are using and see them work. The FoxPro videos, Tooth & Claw videos and others are worth watching.
