I mostly use my Remington 700 204 with 35gr bergers. Other than that I carry my 870 12ga at night. Sometimes the old 788 243. This year I want to try and get one with 45LC vaquero. Before the 204 it was always one of my grandpa's old 17 rem as long as there's no wind you just can't miss. Just too many to choose a favorite sometimes it depends which vehicle i'm driving and what gun is in it.

Depending on how far I have to walk to get to my sets. If it is a little bit of a hike, I like my Remington R-15 in .223 with 55g V-maxs. If it is a short hike I will carry my Remington 700VLS in .204 with 39g Blitzkings. (I love this rifle but man it gets heavy packing it around, unless of course it is doing some killin')

RRA EOP with, 55gn V-max, 53gn Barnes Tsx, or Sierra 55gn gameking bthp. They all seem to do the trick. Best groups are with th 55gn V-max. Shot 2 last year and parked them where there stood. Just figured out a good load for the 52gn Hornady bthp. Will give that one a try also this year. Will be hard to beat the v-max results. 3/4 inch entrance with the same on the exit.

use Remington 700 BDL 223 rem topped with a Nikon 3x-9x40, or Bushmaster XM2 16" 5.56 with either a red dot or Bushnell world class (depending on the situation),or a Winchester M70 Featherweight Classic 22-250 with a Simmons 3-10x44. For night use i also have a Remington 870 12 GA topped with a red dot. all depends on how i feel when i go out.

Depending on location and conditions I generally go with my Les Baer Super Varmint, 20 in barrel .223 with 4.5 -14 Leupold or my Remington 700 xcr/ctr with 1.75-6 Leupold VX3. If it looks like rain the Colt HBAR may get the nod and if it's going to be short range stuff I sometimes take the Marlin .25-20 with 1-4 Leupold. Those are the primary but not the only varmint rifles around this house.

Remington Model 7 in 17Rem. It's about all I use unless I'm required to use a rimfire. A Sako Quad in 22mag. becomes my choice when required.

I love both my CZ's in .204. I have both the American and the Varmint. They have both worked great for me for the last three years. I'm using Bergers out of both, the 35's in the American and the 40's in the Varmint. I've added a new CZ in .17 Remington that looks very promising. I plan on using it quite a bit this year too.
