Just curious what everyone prefers for coyote loads. I’ve been using 3 inch nitro turkey #4s and Winchester varmint x BB. But haven’t got a coyote close enough to test them out.

I’m old school too, there’s been tons of coyotes killed for years with lights, I think it’s more or less relying on technology to make you successful instead of beating coyotes at their own game....

I use a 22 mag a lot with 30 grain vmax and never had a coyote move an inch with a head shot up to 100 ,just keep in mind that it doesn’t take much to deflect that bullet so be sure you have open...

This cat came in and locked up at about 100 yards and wouldn't come any closer, made a good shot and he dropped right where he was,I'm a little late to the game but just glad to have one to show:D....
