Quick question. Was out coyote hunting this morning. Started with rabbit distress. Then used a female howl. 3 or 4 answered me in different directions. One was just barking and other were howling back. I waited few minutes and used female howl again. Now nothing. Waited few minutes and used pup distress. Nothing came into view. Coyotes were close but never saw them. Maybe 350 yards away. A lot of small icy lakes and stone cories. Did I do something wrong or just unlucky. Wind seemed to be good . Meaning not blowing in their direction
