Sorry but I need some help. Plugged in my brand new Shockwave in this morning to back up sounds using the Programming Utility. Backed up sounds on my caller,.. ejected the drive so as to disconnect the caller. Now the unit will not turn on at all. Tried new batteries, still nothing. DEAD. :eek:

If the Shockwave does not come back on... call for help.

Thank you again for taking time out of your morning to help me out here with your multiple PM's and above posted information. You are a standup kind of guy! :-)

Scott with FoxPro said they would be sending me out a new unit along with a return packing slip for the unit I currently have. You were spot on when you said these guys are great!!
