View Full Version : Decoy/Caller interface problems

10-08-2011, 05:29 PM
I just picked up a Black Jack at the Redhead store to go with my Scorpion X1-B and my Spitfire. I use the same cable as I use to program my remotes to connect the decoy to the caller- a 3.5mm male to male patch cord, which is what the "instructions" call for.
Neither remote does anything to the decoy but if I unplug the cable the decoy dies. I can'tfind anything in my caller manual about hidden switches or anything, just a bit about the decoy not working if the plolarity is reversed, but being all Foxpro they should all work together right?
Any ideas or tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you sure you are using the AUG.jack and not the speaker output jack ?

Give us a call and we can get this squared away in just a few minutes.

To get maximum range out of your caller you will want to get the caller up off of the ground 1-3 feet if possible, keep the top of the remote control pointed upwards and you need to always maintain a good clear line of sight.
