I have been playing around with the TX 500 Sequence files. I found it frustrating that you had to remember the sound numbers. I discovered that if you put a ; after the programming information you can put in a note. So for example your sequence will look something like.

V 16
S 28 ;Lightning Jack
P 45
V 24
S 37 ;DSG Cottontail
P 36
V 30
S 34 ;Bay Bee Cottontail
P 45
V 40
S 47 ;Titmouse Tantrum
P 60
V 32
S 41 ;Lucky Bird
P 60
V 28
S 15 ;Coyote Pup Distress 2
P 60

This way if you want to edit the file later you have the names of what you are starting with. Pretty simple.

Excellent, I was wondering if that was possible some way. Thanks a bunch for the tip!

Good info! Just remember if you reorder your sounds you need to change the sound ref # within your sequence's

Hold the phone. I tried this out in the field this weekend. The sequence works great but it seems to effect the sound on the remote. You get to ** where the sound volume should be. The sequence still plays but the regular sounds are not available.

I thought this was a go because I tested the sequence and it worked great. Sorry. Yes if you reorder any sounds you will get the new sound with the old number.
