What do you do with the Crows you shoot ?
If you eat them how do you cook them ?
The few times I have went my partner just feeds them to his Pigs or puts them on the burn pile saying the Coyotes got to eat too..

Just to be clear I am not trying to start a debate about not eating what you shoot.

Back in the day, people use to breast them out like a dove.

Leave em lay in the woods along the field edges. Raccoons will make quick work of a murder of dead crows. :D

if you are hunting more then one day pick them up and put them in your next spred. nothing makes crows madder them seeing dead crows . if you hunt crows for any time you know that as you put crows on the ground it gets eazer to bring them in to the gun .putting out the dead will speed this up

I pity the person who needs to eat crow. There were reports as far back as the American Revolution that told of hungry soldiers resorting to eating crow.. I don't think they have changed in over 235 years..
Nuff said.

I went and breasted out a crow for my dog, She would not eat it. She try several times but kept spitting it out. They are not fit to eat. A lot of dogs will not even pick them up.

Years ago I took my taxidermist his first crow. After mounting that one he said he was done. He would never do another crow in his life as it smelled so bad it made him sick.
