Default Spitfire Programming

I am trying for the first time to download new sounds to a new SD Card using the new programming utility, but just cant seem to get it working. i get an message saying "could not find any empty slots. Try to refresh the list or remove some file first. " I formatted the card and even tried to backup the files like it said on the programming help page. Any other Tips?
