Default Trouble downloading the Program Utility

When I try and download the program utility it says fatal error. Unable to generate installation log file? What am i Doing wrong? The unit is the Firestorm

Did you try downloading from the web site or the one that came on the unit?

Was unaware of the one on the unit. Where could I find info on this? I am using a laptop with windows.

Connect your Firestorm to your laptop and open the drive that it is connected to. You will see the sounds you currently have installed on the unit plus the program utility.exe that is the loader file. Try to load from there
