Hey Weasel ! Yeah, I'll be sure to take pictures for sure. First year trying to call and shoot coyotes, I've shot 5 or 6 over the years, but always while hunting deer..more of " targets of opportunity " . Nova Scotia is a small province, and where my hunting camp is, the coyote population seems to fluctuate from year to year. This year, as my luck would have it, the numbers seem down. A couple of weeks ago, had snow on Thursday. ...Went scouting all day the following Sunday, only cut 5 sets of tracks. ..and I mean ALL day! Rifle season for coyotes end on March 31st. ..then on to shotgun. Going to try a couple of different areas within a couple hours drive of the camp.Looking forward to it an becoming more determined every time I get out. If any other members of this site live in Nova Scotia, lemme know....have a good day! ....BJ.
