Default Goose sounds for yotes

I plan to target yotes at my deer hunting spot. I have a lot on trail cam this year. Im thinking the reason may be they are after the geese that are typically always there on the pond or on the banks.Has anyone tried a goose call for yotes and are there any goose distress calls available. I haven't seen a distress
in the call library.

Thanks!

Boy check your waterfowl Regulations First.
I don't know if your season is still open, I don't know of any place you can use E calls for geese.
I know I know your calling coyotes but you may need to try and explain that to your DNRC/federal fish and game warden.
No I never have used goose sounds for Coyotes.

I have a goose distress sound on my Wildlife Tech MA-21 and I've killed a coyote using it. Wounded geese are pretty common in the fall where I hunt.

Just leave the shotgun at home and you will have no issues with the warden. A short Reed goose call is easy to run to produce the mumers of geese. Good luck and save the waterfowl.

From the posts I have seen from the Turkey Hunters this spring I am thinking Turkey calls may work well too.

Using geese calls for hunting coyotes does not even seem odd to me. We have killed several coyotes when they were constantly after geese. You can literally work out so many combinations of sounds using Foxfusion that you are only limited by your imagination.

To prove just how unpredictable coyotes can be when it comes to developing sounds they will respond to brings to mind a big pair we killed, using Fusion with alligator sounds combined with pig distress. Curiosity probably got them killed, but I can't prove that.
