Default Putting sounds on shockwave help!!!!!!!

I downloaded the programmer but it's not seeing my shockwave. Using windows 10 is that the issue. Thanks in advance.

Windows 10 is fine.
Are you using the most recent version of the Programmer (4.7.69) ?

Make sure the Shockwave is OFF before connecting the USB cable to the computer.

Yes updated everything. When I plug the cord into my call the screen on the call goes blank.

There should be nothing on your screen on the caller when you plug it in.

These guys are correct. Make sure the caller is turned off before connecting to the computer.
I made the mistake of having the Shockwave powered on before connecting it a couple of times, makes things act all screwy or will not work at all.
