Default Need help please

My volume on my firestorm will not go up on the remote. Can I send it in and get it fixed someweres?

I agree with Sonny about Foxpro's expertise on matters like this, so calling them is always a good option. That being said, it sounds an awful lot like your problem lies in the programming instructions of the owner's manual. Look at what it says in the area of pages 16 and 17. If you don't have a manual, here is a link:
