Default Wyoming Whitetail

Hey, just figured I'd kick-start the new forum with some recent pictures. I got this guy on October 20th.

Wow, that is nice. Did you use your Foxpro when hunting? I use it a lot for Bow Hunting. It works awesome for me.

Thanks guys. No, I didn't use the foxpro to bring him in... but I've got another late-season whitetail tag, so I may try it when the rut starts to get heavy.

Great Whitetail for Wyoming where they don't always get that big or at least don't carry the mass like he has. Did you get him around Basin? Great job, can't wait to see more pics.

Yeah, nice whitetail are few and far between in Wyoming, especially in my part of the state. This guy was a pretty young buck, I can't imagine what he would've grown up to be... ah well, as they say on the reservation, "if you don't get 'em, your buddy will." I got this buck about 10 miles south of Basin, closer to Manderson, population 100 haha.

I'll post another picture for ya in a few...

Here are 3 bucks that were taken all in the same area, along the same river. We believe that they may be from the same gene pool. The middle buck, and mine on the right, have the exact same kicker point coming off the same tine. It's hard to see in this picture though. The other 2 bucks are from buddies of mine in Basin. The middle one was taken in 2006, and the one on the left was taken last year, 2008.
