I am having the same problem with my new XWave as I had with my ShockWave only worse. The battery door wants to come off outside of using duct tape has anyone got a solution. I don't think a new door will help.

I'm thinking that duct tape would be the simplest, cheapest, most effective cure.

If that is a typical problem, Foxpro will take care of it. Contact them to get service.

If I was trying to establish a reliable fix, I'd consider heavy duty stick on Velcro.

That is not a bad idea.. I did tell FoxPro about it and they are sending me another door. I don't know if that will solve the problem. I looked at it a little closer today and the fix would be if the latch would go up higher. When I get the new door I may fool around with the old door to see if I can get it up higher with out breaking it. I got a few ideas to try.

Got the new door today tried to put it on but it wouldn't fit. It had a rubber cushion the original didn't have but it gave me a idea to use the original and just chim it witch worked it puts just enough to hold the door tight. I may try something a little better latter.
