Default Calibers used in FUR TAKERS East

I love the Hornet and all its wildcat variants. I have The minks and Squirrel wildcats as well as 4 .22 Hornets.
What caliber is the camo rifle mike uses? It looks like a Rem Model 7 Predator in 17 FB or 204 Ruger? anyone know.

The action itself is from the late 1880's, made in 22 WCF, which is the "parent" case or design for the .22 Hornet. They are pretty much identical, expect I believe the 22 WCF was .228 and used black powder and the .22 hornet was .223/22 and uses smokeless. Richard Binger did the gunsmithing many, many years ago and Don Menck did the case coloring. The wood must be close to 115 years old. It def prefers Sako brass and Win Brass. Its got an 1:12" twist and can hit anything at 250-300 yds with authority. love this rifle.

BTW, I hate those old unertl scopes. I am shipping it to Weaver to have a decent modern scope mounted, right now I'm using an air gun scope 6x.
