Default FX-5 updating remote question

I updated the sounds on the caller. When I try to update the remote the load bar at the bottom doesn't move. After a half hour I unplugged the remote. I had 00 through 005 showing only the numbers, not the name of the sounds. I put fresh rechargeable batteries in the caller and tried again for nearly an hour. Same thing happened. Any ideas? HELP! I really wanted to get the caller set up this weekend.

Weasel, are you mixing in 24B sounds with the other sounds? Not sure that the FX5 will accept them if you are.

Okay, I got if figured out, sort of. Somehow sounds that I didn't load kept coming up on the call. Other sounds were out of place. I deleted sounds, added others and rearranged them. What I ended up with isn't exactly what I wanted, but it will work.
I need an aspirin.

Weasel, did the 24B sounds work on the FX5?

That is interesting in view of the fact that some of the newer models will not play them.
