Default Using a .17wsm in an episode?

OK we know that Furtakers has a relationship both with Ruger and Hornady....

I don't believe I've missed an episode, and don't recall you guys using one.

Any plans on using a M77 .17WSM w/ Hornady ammo on Coyotes?

Would love to this combo used, by the guys that do it the best!

There was a episode where they used the 17 Hornet and talked it up a bit...."Hornetized" was the main word to describe kills. Good episode (they all are).

The 17HH showed up on a couple more episodes. However, they were quick to point out that there was a heavier caliber along in the event a Coyote showed up.....(I believe Abner stated that he had a 223 in case a Coyote came into the call).

It would be interesting to see the 17WSM on a episode....and what would be there to back it up....; )

Yeah... I wouldn't use any rimfire for coyote unless I had no choice. And would take a shotgun instead if that were an option.

But I guess in some places, there isn't a choice.

Yeah seen the hornet episode too, reopened my eyes to it.

kicking around the idea of getting a .17 WSM for critters, but would like to see how the pros shake it out in the field, as they produce more targets of opportunity in 1 trip than i do in 5 years.

Just got my Ruger M77 in .17 WSM for Christmas from the wife. Only thing I asked for and she came through. I want to know what it's capable of.
