I have lots of coyotes run up to my Foxpro by angling in from behind me or by running up to the Foxpro from the side. If I had my Foxpro behind me I wouldn't see these coyotes.

For shotgun calling I set my Foxpro 10 to 20 yards out in front of me, for rifle calling I set my Foxpro 40 to 60 yards out in front of me. Since I walk 200 yards to 500 yards away from my vehicle on most calling stands I am not worried about walking out another 10 to 60 yards to set my Foxpro.
