gray fox distress on reds?

Will gray fox distress bring in reds? Read Andrew lewand article about his sequence of calling.

Thanks for the input guys. This is my first year going after fox. My area in Pa has manily reds, so I need all the tips I can get. Did 5 sets tonight with nothing, hopefully this snow coming will get them up and out.

I might add that if you read an article by Andrew Lewand it's proven advice. He kills more fox than anyone I know of.

It sounds like the platinum gray sound is very effective on reds as well as greys. The areas I usually hunt have reds and some kits, but no greys. Do you recommend using the platinum grey sound in areas that have no greys, or would I be better off with one of the red fox sounds?

Btw, I just read your Coyote Calling A.C.T. book last week. It's a very good read and I can't wait to try some of the things you describe in the book.
