Default double bearded gobbler

Michelle and I roosted some turkeys yesterday and decide to go after them this morning. We were running a bit behind schedule so the birds were on the ground when we got there. I started calling with the Foxpro Crooked Spur glass and he came in on a string, RUNNING! He had double beards a 10 1/8 inches and a 7inches 1 1/8 inch spurs.

age 7-14 days and make fajitas. So tender you can't pick it up with a fork.

I usually like to take the breast, slice into strips/dip in egg , milk mixture, bread them using corn flake crumb, then sautéed in butter. One of the best tasting fingers you will ever eat, the kids love them. This year I might make Turkey burger and jerky.

The corn flake crumbs are Kellogg's Corn Flake, it's usually in the same isle as regular bread crumbs.

ultimate turkey recipe take turkey breasts and pound out flat and even season flour with salt and pepper and dredge dip in egg wash then coat in a mix of panko bread crumbs parmesan cheese garlic powder and Cajun seasoning deep fry at 350 till done cut the breasts up in sandwich sized portions put on a good roll and top with what you like I toss mine in hot sauce like a chicken finger sandwich
