Default First Swan of the year

Went scouting during noon hour today and went and got this one after school got out.

Just curious,what does one do with a swan after shooting it? Do you eat them? sorry but can't shoot em here,LOL.

Ya we made it in the oven and it was good... People were telling me i should have shot a baby one cause they taste better but i didnt care. Ya they we sitting on a pond. I had to try them twice tho cause some guys stoped and scared them the first time.

WOW Only swans up here are pond pets. Can't shoot them here, no season
