Default Fox set up help

How far should I move to start a new sequence? I am hunting farm fields and edges in s.c. Pa and wanted to do as many set ups on one farm as I can. Thought about moving 200 yards then pointing speaker in a different direction.

Sometimes just changing speaker direction is all that is needed. Have had alot of foxes come in quickly after a direction change in the same stand

I like to base my move on what sounds I've played on the previous stand. If I'm playing just prey distress (low-medium volume sounds, no fox distress on loud etc), I think a move of about 200ish yards is just fine. If I'm on stand and play some fox distress sounds, which you know get played on high volume, I will like to move at least 300 yards.

ive found with small acerage that I can only get one setup on, if I just wait 45 min and call again ive had success . fox seem to move around so much they were likely a mile away when you called the first time

I like that idea. Most of the stands I run are on small properties as well and that would seem like a good thing to try.
