Default Ruger 77/22 Hornet

Looking at buying said gun. It is used, but in great shape. It has the wood stock and stainless barrel. Been looking for a starting point for negotiations. Any idea on what a good price would be? (I know it all depends on condition, but let's assume it is 8/10).

It is laminate. Not sure of how many rounds. I didn't shoot it, but was there as I was shooting and it is a shooter.

Nice looking weapon that's a shooter. Tell him$400.00 cash as your pulling the money out. If he starts saying are you kidding me, say look my old lady is complaining now that I have to many guns, I could probably do $450.00 if you throw in some ammo or reloading stuff. Be prepared to go $500.00. If he wants more then that without giving you any extras. Say look, If I'm going to spend more then that, I can buy a brand new one and I wont have to cover the barrel because of the shine when I use it for hunting.
