location in profile

Maybe this was mentioned before and not sure where to post it but......I for one wish folks would put there location in there profile!! Its hard to reply to a certain hunting question a lot of times without knowing what state you are from!!!!

Yeah, it would be cool if it was required. Sometimes it would save asking a question.

Not only for awnsering questions you could be looking for some people to hunt with and just look to see where they are from without asking...

I know it's over, but Arkansas and Iowa were not listed in any area for your CONTEST. Maybe we would participate next year. How about it FOXPRO?????

Man, you should have said something earlier. It was by mere accident that those states were not listed. I apologize for any inconvenience. I will make sure they are listed next year.

As far as locations, I think it would be great as well. My only concern would be that a few people may object, and want to keep their location private. I don't agree with that, but I also realize that if they wanted to hide it, they could easily change their location to some other place. You would be suprised at the number of people on forums today who are lurkers posting under different aliases, claiming to be something or someone that they are not. I wish they would actually get a life and man up, but you aren't going to take that weakness out of some people. Sorry to get off an a slight tangent, but it really is sad the way some people have to hide behind aliases.

I will have to do some checking into the legality of requiring a location.
