Like DAA I have never seen one here either. The CLOSEST thing to black was a badly manged, hairless, 'yote; mid-winter. Couldn't figure out he stayed alive.

Coyotes and Bobcats are no different than dogs and cats. A coyote will kill a bobcat every chance it gets just because they don't like each other at all.

I've had 'yotes run from a decoy(prey) as often as I have had them come to it. I believe those that ran had 'been there, done that' before. I no longer use decoys.
